Abdoul's Story

     Abdoul lives in Burkina Faso, which is one of the poorest countries in the world. Only 29% of the population of Burkina Faso can read and write so Abdoul is very blessed to be getting an education and learning about the love of Jesus for him.
     Abdoul's father does housepainting and his mother is a housewife. They are Muslim and live in a rented house. Abdoul is their only child.
     Abdould's favorite subject is mathematics and he wants to be a teacher when he grows up. His favorite game is soccer and his favorite food is rice.
     He is ucrrently in first grade and his birthday is November 5 2010.
